Tripp Hale is the Co-owner of Hale & Doerr, LLC., and Hale & Doerr Wealth Management (HDWM). Hale & Doerr is a full service accounting firm that prepares more than 1800 tax returns annually. HDWM is a registered Investment Advisory firm located in Gulf Breeze proper. Hale & Doerr and Hale &Doerr Wealth Management, work symbiotically to provide holistic tax and financial planning for individuals and small business owners alike.

Mr. Hale purchased Hale & Doerr, LLC. (formerly Mr Tax) from Ray and Carla; the original owners for more than 30 years. Before Hale & Doerr, Tripp was a financial advisors with HD Vest financial services, a top 20 independent broker dealer that specialized in working with accountants. After forming Hale & Doerr, he transitioned his financial planning practice to Hale & Doerr Wealth Management, an Independent Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm.

Mr. Hale earned a BA in Economics from the University of Florida and completed the Certified Financial Planner Graduate Studies Program from Rice University. He is also an IRS Enrolled Agent, An enrolled agent is a person who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. Enrolled agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards. Individuals who obtain this elite status must adhere to ethical standards and complete 72 hours of continuing education courses every three years.

Tripp and his wife, Allyson, both grew up in Pensacola and attended BT Washington High School. He is the father of two wonderful children, Abigail and Ford. He and his family regularly attend First United Methodist church.
